If you're particularly keen go onto some of the prep courses there are out there. wall street prep is one, there are other PE prep courses hawked on here for as little as 10 bucks. Probably other mention this as well but there are also free services like unicourt , but they only really work to give some limited info if the person in question have some kind of criminal record.
