I bought a Soccer ball off catch.com.au and on the seller's page it stated that the ball's size was "Width: 47cm" but when it was delivered the ball was essentially the size of my hand. I find that a lighter (250-300gm) wool doona helps me with that exact struggle. Wool is warm in winter and cool in summer. I bought mine from catch.com.au.
