Hi , I recently bought a twin xl matress on casper website it was a 2019 model, original price was around 900 and there was discount of 400. I tried for 30 days and I noticed that the matress is giving me backpain, I called casper to return and now they are telling me it was Final Sale. Many of the biggest bed in a box companies do use a higher quality foam than the brick and mortar brands. You can think what you want about Purple's grid material, but the specs of their mattresses are listed on their website and they do in fact use high quality foam: a 2.0lb support layer and a 1.8lb transition layer on their cheapest model.
