Yeah, good luck with that. I'm in Fl. And I've been looking for a DECENTLY priced Vic for well over a year already. Dealers are f'kn scammy around here. They're selling 07-11 Vics with over 200K miles on them, some even 250K for $5k - $6K. Yeah, those dealers haven't sold those cars for over a year and a half. If you're just shopping around / looking for comparatives, then sites like apartments.com, and https://sfbay.craigslist.org/ are good for getting an overview, keeping in mind they have a bit of a bias in their numbers as they only compare / show what they have so using at least two sites to get a "baseline" would be best.
