The fish oil I take is from care/of. It comes in my pack of vitamins. It also comes with some other ones but i’ve just been fishing out the fish oil ones and haven’t been consistent with the rest. Anyways I really recommend them if all the info i’m giving rn is super overwhelming I believe they can customize a special pack for you or you can customize them yourself and i’m pretty sure you can pick out all the ones... Keep a close eye on her eating habits and food safety though because if she has dementia that will become an issue. Also if she's on any medication now, she will have trouble dosing it correctly. I also suggest the Hero medicine dispenser. It’s a robot(ish) that holds up to 10 medications. You set the dispensing schedule on your phone. It makes a bunch of noise and sends a message to the person’s phone (maybe calls) to remind them to take their medication. You also can see how many pills they have remaining.
