The fish oil I take is from care/of. It comes in my pack of vitamins. It also comes with some other ones but i’ve just been fishing out the fish oil ones and haven’t been consistent with the rest. Anyways I really recommend them if all the info i’m giving rn is super overwhelming I believe they can customize a special pack for you or you can customize them yourself and i’m pretty sure you can pick out all the ones... We run standups every day, however only 2x of them are a Teams call. The other 3 are run using a tool called Geekbot (Yes scrum masters do hate this) which is basically just a chatbot that sends you the standard standup questions and you can answer whenever you feel like it.
