Hi folks, were moving to Napa at the end of the month and are looking into options for childcare for our one year old. Were looking for nannys on care.com and that has been hit or miss. Wondering if anyone here knows of any good nannys in Napa proper or have ideas for kids as young as ours. PS it seems most daycare type places want 2+ years old. Source: about 11 hours ago

We do all paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation and unlimited sick leave (we trust our nanny and she does not abuse this benefit). We also provide a health care stipend and a yearly bonus. What is your line of work? Is it food service? It all depends on what you do for a living or what you want to do. Washington, Connecticut, Massachusetts and California have all gone to a $15 an hour minimum wage. The cost of living is high in California so I would not recommend that state. any employer paying less than 15 an hour is so unethical that nobody should work for them.
