I was looking for a printer on Canon's site and found they have a suite of accessibility tools, one of which is for ADHD. I wish I could post a picture, but if you go to their sales catalog (https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog) and select the little blue person icon at the bottom left corner, you'll see there is an ADHD Friendly profile that greys out everything except a horizontal block in the middle. If the camera is ONVIF compatible, and most Hikvision are, it should work with Zoneminder and its mobile Open Source app zmninja.
