Some tdee calculators like by [symmetric strength](https://symmetricstrength.com/calculator/tdee) is telling me to eat 3000 calories to maintain weight, which is true as I haven't gained weight so far (2 weeks in) & my lifts which have stalled are now growing nicely but I'm so confused now, should I eat 3000 calories & focus on building strength & size while hoping that I look and feel better once I put on...
