  Back to the 'how much house can I afford', I saw one on NerdWallet, its numbers were all over the place, another simple one calculator.net here, claims the house we can afford is $471,778 (and $31,000 down). We found a new build with incentives and rate buy down that essentially will be 463,000 some odd, after the pmi up front for the FHA loan, our rate is 6%. So financing like $437,000.   My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
