Katch AI's answer:
Our AI Assistant actually gets the gist of your email communication, actively takes part in your email threads, and suggests meeting times that work for everyone. You won't need to do the heavy lifting – once everyone agrees on a time, the AI assistant will create a calendar event and send invites. Plus, it's a pro at handling rescheduling and cancellances.
Katch even considers your personal meeting preferences, like your favorite meeting times and the ideal length of your meetings. The best part? All this magic happens right in your email client – no more clicking links to pick a slot on an external site. Katch is here to make your scheduling seamless, personal, and downright efficient.

I force clients who want to talk to me to book a call. I use cal.com (free) and my Google Calendar (which its linked to) only allows calls on specific days/times. I have a few "Call Blocks" where they can book. That let's me do calls in a small section of my week, with ample downtime to recover the rest of the week. I'm still learning how many calls a day I can handle. Currently anything more than 2 is too much. Source: 6 months ago
