I ask about serving websites because understanding how a web server works (very basically) with a browser or any client is a huge step in understanding HTTP, host headers, and even host header attacks (if you're into that sort of thing.. They give you a quite thorough understanding in all the fundamentals and they have labs set up where you can practice everything you learn at each step. After you get thru that, there's DVWA and Juice Shop... And you can even find these as rooms on TryHackMe if you don't want to self-host it. Webflow is a bit more complex but once you understand how the elements stack and interact it gets easier, like any software it can be a little bit overwhelming. Webflow has webflow university which will answer pretty much any question you have from a google search. They also have a very active discord server with helpers.
