Nerdwallet has a pretty good comparison chart for secured business credit cards. You'll find many of them with cash back rewards, but I haven't seen any with flight rewards though. I did some digging and found out that the most popular neobank, Monzo, in the UK came to the US and it seems incredibly promising! As a larger and more established Neobank, they are much less likely to sell out to big corporations (RIP Simple and One).
