  • Software to track business numbers?
Https://www.manager.io/ and bookipi.com are both decent options too, if your just looking to track who has payed and who has not + how much you have total made bookipi will sync with your chosen bank account. But there are so many options out there, lots of them with free trials so give them all a go and see what works for you best. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Goodbye Corporate America, hello self-employment (lawn care). Guidance requested.
I think this is one of the simplest, easiest to set up and cost-effective invoicing solutions for a small business. I have yet to have a client complain about the service, cost or ease of use and love how professional it looks for their business. They've even had customers ask which service they use. ChargeOver mentions (1)

  • Do I have to send subscription invoices to users?
I work for a SAAS recurring billing platform, chargeover.com from my experience you do not need to send them an invoice. If they agree to terms when they signup you could just run a payment against their card on file and send them a payment receipt. It's a pretty slick deal, and there are loads of other options you could enable as well. But to your question it's more common than you think not to send invoices... Source: almost 3 years ago
