   Booka is an excellent appointment scheduling software tool that has helped me streamline my scheduling process. The tool's user-friendly interface makes it easy for me to manage my calendar and schedule appointments with clients. The routing and booking tools are sophisticated and ensure that the correct calendar is put in front of the client at the right time. The round robin feature for different teams based on the criteria filled out on the form is also a great feature that ensures the appointments are correctly routed to the right team member.

   One of the best things about Booka is that it has significantly reduced the fall off rate between demo requests and bookings. The seamless calendar integration allows clients to schedule appointments with ease, and I no longer have to spend hours coordinating times via email.
