A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.   I've used mixtiles.com to print some of my photos for home. It's a bit limiting (only squares and one size) but they look nice enough, they're cheap, and they're easy to put on and off the wall (they use sticky tape). Source: over 2 years ago
