Any experience with rewarding systems for recognition? Have anyone used tools like bonusly ? Source: over 2 years ago
Any recommendation on rewarding tools? Do taco, bonusly (or other similar tools) actually work? Thoughts on rewarding with 💰to incentive recognition? Source: over 2 years ago
My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful. I got some nice responses using this template website https://flowcv.com/ made into a pdf and just spammed it everywhere I could (all the job boards). I was succinct and didn't tailor the resume but let my accompaning cover letters do that. Look at companies you are intrigued by and then their competitiors. Be creative, ask your friends, and broaden the roles you are applying to... Good luck! Source: about 1 year ago
Thanks for the input! I have shown my Resume to a few people including seniors who are working in the industry and a few classmates. But none have really given me useful feedback which might help me improve. Are there any online resources that I could use to improve my resume? Also, I have been using FlowCV to make and edit my Resumes. Is there some other Resume builder you would suggest? Source: about 1 year ago
