Spire is like stuck in the early 2000s when a lot of utilities still didn't have their digital stuff set up. I couldn't start a new account online. I had to call them. When I verify my information, ALL OF MY SENSTIVE DATA IS IN PLAIN TEXT! (YIKES!) Spire does have an app, but it is for their employees to use and communicate with each other.
