Bodywhat mentions (2)

  • Can’t believe I used to think the left counted as ripped abs. You live and you learn.
I have about 15,7% of body fat according to https://bodywhat.com/. I'm willing to keep cutting till about 10 may and then start a bulking phase to gain muscle, because I'm just.. Skinny fat. Source: about 2 years ago
  • How do I loose mass?
If you want a quick estimate just take a photo with your shirt off, and enter it into bodywhat.com. You'll get a ballpark estimate from that. It's not going to be extremely accurate, but neither is *ANY* method for bodyfat estimation (even DEXA scanning). Source: almost 3 years ago

Dark Room mentions (3)

  • A note taking app that uses .txt?
The only thing I know with half of those features that's discontinued is the old Darkroom app but that doesn't tackle some of the bigger compatibilities. Source: about 2 years ago
  • I have trouble shutting my internal editor off
Not sure if this is applicable, but if you're using Word or Scrivener or something, you may want to switch to a plaintext editor like Dark Room or Typora--something that won't underline your spelling and grammar mistakes. It doesn't even have italics or bold to get in your way. Dark Room is a little old, but I found it here: https://codex.jjafuller.com/books/dark-room/page/overview. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Anyone use a plain text editor to write?
I use DarkRoom. Full screen, no distractions, no "fancy" auto-formatting. Source: almost 3 years ago
