We did a furnished short-term rental from Blueground. I think the website is theblueground.com. There is also Hello Landing but it seems more expensive. Go to rent.com, trulia.com, and try to rent from a person who owns their apartment/condo vs. Renting from a management company. The owner may use rental management, but they are the ones to call the shots and ultimately make final decisions.
