I also installed the BlockSite app which lets me block particular sites that I usually gravitate to and trigger my rabbit hole journey. I had to install Brave for this as it doesn't work with lesser known minimalist browsers. It also blocks apps and I am currently considering to block the PlayStore. Source: about 1 year ago
