  1. A great password management tool

I moved from 1Password to Bitwarden about half a year ago. I never looked back, and I've never missed anything. The UI might be a touch clunkier than 1Password, but it's still good and perfectly usable on the whole. What is more, it is open-source and people can inspect its code.

  1. The best customer service I have ever received

I can't recommend working with the Sotion team enough. They have gone above and beyond to ensure the solution we have in place achieves what we need it to and their turnaround on support items is brilliant. I highly recommend Sotion and the Sotion team.

👍 Pros:    Exceptional customer support|Awesome platform
  2. Excellent service

I am very happy with Sotion. Bruce provided me with first-class service when I had some additional questions and even helped me with additional beta functionalities free of charge. Tested out multiple alternatives but Sotion rules them all!

    🏁 Competitors: Simple.ink
    👍 Pros:    Excellent service
  3. Sotion, and it's founder are AMAZING!

Sotion is game-changer, and its founder, Bruce McLachlan, is extraordinary. As a tenured professor and department chair in higher education, alongside being a business owner in Silicon Valley, our web platforms need to be rock solid and well supported. Sotion, under Bruce's guidance, embodies this impeccably.

During a mission-critical period of network issues on our college campus in California, Bruce showcased unparalleled dedication by not only swiftly responding but also proactively addressing the situation. His initiative to procure a new domain, meticulously set it up, and conduct thorough testing went above and beyond our expectations. The level of commitment, dedication, and trust he exhibited left us astounded.

Being a creative artist and academic, I understand the value of platforms that foster collaboration and content creation. Sotion stands out as the ultimate solution for publishing and sharing Notion content, whether it's for the general public or within secure, password-protected spaces. Despite exploring several similar platforms, Sotion continually surpasses them all in performance and reliability.

What sets Sotion apart is Bruce's unwavering commitment to customer care. His dedication and willingness to go great lengths ensuring customer satisfaction are unparalleled. I've rarely encountered a founder who invests such personal care and effort into their clientele. Sotion, under Bruce's leadership, has truly set a new benchmark for customer-centric service.

  • Online Safety: A Guide to Protecting Yourself
While not every site has adopted passwordless logins, a better way to secure your accounts that still use passwords is by using a password manager like Bitwarden or 1Password. They help you create strong, unique passwords and remember them easily. • What program(s) do you use to remember passwords, including crypto?

  • Amazon Account with unauthorised purchases, did my google passwords get leaked
First it's good to use a password manager, however it's not a good idea to use the one built into your browser. I would suggest switching to BitWarden or similar (not LastPass). Source: 7 months ago
  • Did I mess up?
I just noticed today when relogging in on Bitwarden (I couldn't sync my vault) that it said "Logged in as [email] on __$2__" instead of "Logged in as [email] on bitwarden.com". I don't know why or how that happened, and I have no idea what it means. Did I screw up somehow? Just to be clear, I did login and just after I logged in my brain realized that it said "__$2__" instead of what it should say. Source: 7 months ago
