I moved from 1Password to Bitwarden about half a year ago. I never looked back, and I've never missed anything. The UI might be a touch clunkier than 1Password, but it's still good and perfectly usable on the whole. What is more, it is open-source and people can inspect its code.
Based on our record, bitwarden seems to be a lot more popular than Clean Email. While we know about 604 links to bitwarden, we've tracked only 5 mentions of Clean Email. For passwords and 2FA I use Bitwarden in combination with a self-hosted Vaultwarden service (for imcreased security and use of pro features for free). Source: 5 months ago
First it's good to use a password manager, however it's not a good idea to use the one built into your browser. I would suggest switching to BitWarden or similar (not LastPass). Source: 5 months ago
I just noticed today when relogging in on Bitwarden (I couldn't sync my vault) that it said "Logged in as [email] on __$2__" instead of "Logged in as [email] on bitwarden.com". I don't know why or how that happened, and I have no idea what it means. Did I screw up somehow? Just to be clear, I did login and just after I logged in my brain realized that it said "__$2__" instead of what it should say. Source: 5 months ago

I want to use it to create rules and stuff to clean my inbox from my computer automatically so that I can have a clean inbox. I have not been able to do this with Google or Apple Mail. I'm comfortable paying for extensions, themes, and other software purchases but I'm against paying for software subscriptions, which is why I'm... Source: over 1 year ago
