    I guess the main questions you have to ask is "haw many operating systems do you want it to run on?" and "would it be better as a web site instead of written in python"? Well I ask the second one because things like Bitmelo and Bitsy exist. But if you just want to learn Python than obviously that isn't relevant. And I assume the options would be different if you wanted it to run as an executable on different OSes. Source: about 2 years ago
