It seems the feature is a bit more hidden than it used to be, but try going to https://bing.com/maps on a desktop browser (not mobile), and right-clicking somewhere on the map. You can import it to excel and trim away some of the useless categories. Even better pull it over into something like easymapmaker.com and map the locations along with the important data. If you see a ton of rejects each year then probably someone to avoid. If the data looks good then email them. Source: almost 3 years ago
