Go into your nearest Barnes and Noble or Books a Million store and visit the Mind, Body, Spirit section. See if your drawn to any of the books on divination. Before buying any Tarot cards check on bing.com/images and see what the cards look like before you buy. Go to Google Images then choose Search by Image (middle button) and paste in an image link. You get a few similar images, one says Dubai, which at least gives you the city.
