   I just used iROOMit Roommate finder, highly recommended. Excellent features and user-friendly. I found a great roommate!!!

  We use beyondpricing.com for pricing, tried a couple of others but we wanted some customisation which wasnt available in others a few years ago. We use the "average price" as the throttle, if a lot of bookings we increase the average price, vice versa if low. Source: almost 2 years ago
