My idea however was that you don't even need a landing page and all the site does is containing your add and an email submission form and then you'll take it from there, discord, zoom meetings or whatever works for the people that have signed up.   I’d suggest checking out culinary agents it is one of the standard places to find hospitality jobs. A quick search just now listed lots of barista positions both for coffee shops as well as restaurants that need a barista. Source: about 2 years ago
