Orders from bestbuy.com for pick up are sent to the store for someone to physically find scan and associate with your order. The website uses the store inventory system to know if it has stock or not sometimes they have it but if it fell somewhere hard to find , or was stolen,etc... Hello, over this past year I've had issues with Best Buy logging me out and forceing me to reset my password. It does it on bestbuy.com as well as the mobile best buy app. I don't know what it causing this but sometimes its back to back in the same day.
