It's rare we decide to go up against someone that's already established and has all the pieces to begin with. Gotcha , so I'm in the process of building an online service which provides book-keeping , something like bench.co but specifically for restaurants and cafes. (and ofc at a better price and additional services / KPIs) . So , do let me know if you're interested . I'll make sure to update you once the essentials are up and running. :). From here, I was able to find the first person with a face I could connect, the twitter page of their founder Damian Hajda. I have no idea why, but I could not find his name mentioned anywhere on any website run by Stocks Digital. Maybe he prefers anonymity.
