With the number of decks that I have to produce, I've succumb to using Themforest.net for some consistent deck themes. Those templates are fairly easy to tweak. However, as of late, I've started using beautiful.ai for building quick and decent-looking decks. Hey there. You can always use the Angle plug in https://angle.sh/ it is free both for figma and sketch but it also a paid version I personally use the free. It is more than enough. Source: almost 2 years ago
There’s a handful of plugins you can find to apply your designs to mobile mock-ups like this. If you want professional ones, I’ve found Angle to be top tier, the full library is a little pricey, but worth it if you have the need. Source: over 2 years ago
