I keep coming back to the BBC Good Food website - they have a broad range of good recipes. For an app, I really like Paprika. I currently have it only on Android, but it comes in about every other flavour out there. Rather than having an extensive onboard recipe bank, it allows you to import recipes from other websites (or add them manually) and save them in your own personal collection. Budgetbytes.com and bigoven.com have tons of super simple recipes that are healthy and cheap. The holy trifecta is 100% possible, dont let anyone tell you its not. My wife and I eat healthy for $100 a week total in Seattle. We dont even break a sweat doing it. Source: over 2 years ago
