  • Where to find Forced Subtitle files?
Which is completely incorrect. There are loads of websites out there with repositories of subtitle files (the format for these include srt and ass), including normal and forced subtitles. OP is looking for a place to get those, not a description of how you prefer to rip and burn yours. Here's a site with a list of them. Note that they have both forced and non-forced subtitles, as well as hearing impaired... Source: over 1 year ago
  • Where to find Forced Subtitle files?
Bazarr has the option to grab Forced subtitles specifically automatically from various supported sites for your shows and movies if you don't mind self hosting the service. Source: over 1 year ago
  • There used to be a search button to easily download subtitles while watching a movie, where did it go?
Maybe bazarr could help you. I configured it to automatically download subtitles when a movie or show is requested. Https://bazarr.media. Source: over 2 years ago

  • Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a pirates life for me!! Recent streaming services, prices and shows getting butchered, finally decided its time. Here's how a basic self-hosted 'Netflix' would look like. Fully automated once its setup. Using only a makeshift homelab server from second hand parts.

Mylar - Equivalent to Readarr, but for comic-books. Also, less intuitive to use. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What are your top self hosted services that you are very satisfied with ?
You might want to look into Mylar3 and/or Threetwo. I've only tried Mylar3 myself, and I believe it did download a comic or two, but based on some other comments in this thread, it sounds like it's hit or miss for reliability. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What are your top self hosted services that you are very satisfied with ?
I've got a pretty small archive, so currently manually managing it. But I had bookmarked Threetwo to look into later. It might just automate acquiring comics though, like Mylar3. (Although Mylar might also be able to manage comics, but I haven't dealt into it too much). Source: over 1 year ago
  • What Are The Coolest Virtual Machines You Currently Run 24/7?
Mylar3 and Kavita - To download and read comics. Running on a Win 10 VM because I got it all setup before I started getting into Docker. Mylar downloads the comics and Kavita is a nice web UI for reading them. https://github.com/mylar3/mylar3 https://github.com/Kareadita/Kavita. Source: over 1 year ago
