BatteryBar can run as a Win10 taskbar widget. But for Win11 Microsoft removed this feature. You should vote on the Feedback Hub to bring this feature back. Source: over 1 year ago
Https://batterybarpro.com/ can do it, but since Windows 11 doesn't allow custom toolbars (unfortunately) I haven't been using it. It can still do it without showing the toolbar though. Source: over 1 year ago
