What I've done is get an alarm app where I can make it impossible to dismiss the alarm without scanning a barcode. I've printed two barcodes using a barcode generator, one for morning and one for evening. I just named them "Medicine-1" and "Medicine-2", which is easy to understand and recreate if the paper breaks. Source: 12 months ago

Consistent sleep schedule is really big for me. I've been thrown off mine this week (for various reasons) and it sucks.
