I am web developer and a former artist, my two cents...you will not be happy with a $400 web site. Check out, https://bandzoogle.com/. This is probably your best option. Alternately, there's a website platform specifically for musicians that you might want to check out as an option - Bandzoogle. It might be good for you to look into. I have set it up for a couple of clients, and it's pretty easy to use. There are lots of places where all you have to do is upload your music, and the website will distribute/release it across a ton of platforms (Youtube, Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music etc.) I've used a place called DistroKid to do it, but there are a few others out there that do the same kind of deal.
