Pinterest is a treasure trove of ideas that never fails to spark my imagination. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. I love how easy it is to create and organize boards, helping me keep my ideas neatly categorized. Whether I'm planning a home makeover or searching for recipes, Pinterest's search functionality always delivers relevant and inspiring results. The app's performance is impressive, with smooth scrolling and quick load times, ensuring a seamless browsing experience. The suggested pins and personalized recommendations are often spot-on, introducing me to new ideas and concepts that I may not have discovered otherwise.
This site is pretty good for artists, designers and just creative people. And you should also check it if you're currently looking for a nice recipe 😜
Pinterest is a quite nice and easy to use site ,and i personally would recommend it especially when you're an artist .

A few apps that are a joy to use: https://ia.net/writer for writing. https://usecontrast.com/ for checking contrast. https://sipapp.io/ for picking colors. https://nova.app/ for editing code. https://cleanshot.com/ for screenshots. https://getpixelsnap.com/ for measuring elements on screen. https://netnewswire.com/ for reading things via RSS. https://panic.com/transmit/ for file transfers. https://usefathom.com/... - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
I think the best practical approach for designing UIs is to download (and buy) Balsamic[0] and use that to design UIs. Cut through the nonsense of colours and pixels in the first instance and just lay things out logically and simply. [0] https://balsamiq.com. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
Create a low-fidelity mockup or wireframe of your MVP using tools like Balsamiq, Sketch, or Figma. Or use an easier-to-use tool like Uizard, which also has text-to-design capabilities. Source: 9 months ago
Just for drawing mock app screens, I have found Balsamiq[0] to be pretty good (you can do a bunch of stuff with the trial version itself). Not affiliated with them in any way. [0]: https://balsamiq.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Balsamiq has been pretty good for me so far. It's super bare-bones so it's better for copy mockups than actual UX design. It's also a lot easier than Figma. Note that you don't have to use the default comic sans, but I do because it's funny. Source: over 1 year ago
- If you ever struggle to find good art for your D&D character, go to websites like artstation.com and pinterest.com and just type in core aspects of your character for good inspiration. Like if you type "Tiefling Artificer" into artstation's search bar, you'll find a ton of great art for your character. Obviously if you make any content with someone else's character art, ask for permission and credit them though. Source: 6 months ago
I was about to type pinterest.com and asked him, "please show me what image do you want me to associate you with" and before the page charged my brain went "3rd picture" and it was that <3. Source: 11 months ago
Be careful. A new phishing website has been created, it is a copy of https://pinterest.com. Source: 11 months ago
When I type in certain websites with .com ending, I get redirected to the .dk ending, which is my country's domain ending. I, however, want to stay on the .com website. It is annoying as for example pinterest.dk is down for me, but pinterest.com, pinterest.es etc is working fine. How do I fix that? Source: about 1 year ago
Say, you google that thing you're interested in. If you navigate to "images.google.com" he can see that, but not the thumbnails below. However, HOWEVER, those thumbnails are served up by another website, not google, google is just wrapping it into their results page. So say that little thumbnail is coming from "pinterest.com", your dad can see that as a source for "something, at some point, in my sons history".... Source: over 1 year ago
