Ayoa is like a combination of Slack, Miro and Trello in a single app. I love to work visually and with the mind mapping, combined with very visual task management (especially the canvas view), it is a nice way to work for me and the team. I can't wait for the new whiteboard view that Ayoa is releasing soon.....
I'm using Ayoa at work. After using Ayoa, it became possible to share the work of team members in real time. As a result, unnecessary or repetitive communication has been reduced. And Ayoa includes most of the functions needed for collaboration, such as Project Management, Gantt chart, Calendar, Mindmap, Brainstorm and Video Meeting. You can do most of the work within Ayoa without the need for multiple applications. Above all, Ayoa is able to share parts with the entire, playing a guiding role in achieving the team's goals.
AYOA is the evolution of iMindMap and now it is so much more. I am amazed by what this app can do! We can still do mindmaps, and we can have task management and project management! We can collaborate with colleagues and with our team members! And it all is perfectly integrated! And I know what's coming: videoconference and whiteboard! Then AYOA will be not only super but unbeatable! I manage many aspects of my business on AYOA and I recommend you give it a try!

One of the hardest things for me about grad school (that I'm still struggling with!) is figuring out how to schedule my own day when I have few external things keeping my day in shape for me. it's been really helpful just to have the data of how much time I usually spend on things/what I've done that day... Helping out non-profits is a completely different timeline all together. Ever since I started juggling these projects, I have to keep tabs on my own. I utilize Toggl to keep track of my hours. Even though these projects are unpaid, I like to keep a tally of how much time I am investing. Because there are other organizations out there that could use my assistance. - Source: dev.to / 10 months ago
3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor. Would time tracking softwares be more believable given that some independent tool is being used to track my tasks? Source: 11 months ago
