Ayoa Reviews

  1. A great visual way to work

Ayoa is like a combination of Slack, Miro and Trello in a single app. I love to work visually and with the mind mapping, combined with very visual task management (especially the canvas view), it is a nice way to work for me and the team. I can't wait for the new whiteboard view that Ayoa is releasing soon.....

🏁 Competitors: MindMeister, Miro, Mural, Trello
👍 Pros:    Great way to build ideas with a team|Mind mapping allows us to grow the ideas|Ideas can then be turned into tasks and managed all within one app
👎 Cons:    Can't wait until ayoa release their virtual whiteboard (november 2020)|No integration with slack
  2. Enjoy work

I'm using Ayoa at work. After using Ayoa, it became possible to share the work of team members in real time. As a result, unnecessary or repetitive communication has been reduced. And Ayoa includes most of the functions needed for collaboration, such as Project Management, Gantt chart, Calendar, Mindmap, Brainstorm and Video Meeting. You can do most of the work within Ayoa without the need for multiple applications. Above all, Ayoa is able to share parts with the entire, playing a guiding role in achieving the team's goals.

    👍 Pros:    No installation|Any time access|Many features|Visual
  3. A real Swiss knife

AYOA is the evolution of iMindMap and now it is so much more. I am amazed by what this app can do! We can still do mindmaps, and we can have task management and project management! We can collaborate with colleagues and with our team members! And it all is perfectly integrated! And I know what's coming: videoconference and whiteboard! Then AYOA will be not only super but unbeatable! I manage many aspects of my business on AYOA and I recommend you give it a try!

    👍 Pros:    Flexible|Integrated|Collaborative|Innovative|Visual|Fun
    👎 Cons:    Always evolving

6 Jamboard Alternatives to Interactive Whiteboard
The Miro jamboard is more elaborate and common for corporate use as you would find different template boards (i.e. Kanban framework, Mind Map, and User Story Map framework to name a few). Because of that, you may find it a little complicated to use for teaching elementary students. However, if you are looking for a jamboard for tertiary students with formal presentations and...

  • Are there any tips in engagement workflow for tutoring/teaching online?
For my Y8s I found the Miro board useful for mapping activities/discussion. I pre-emptively make a template (mind-map, forms, etc) for whatever activity we're planning to do, then screen-share it to the class. - Source: Reddit / 10 days ago
  • OneNote or Notion?
Im actually here to offer a third option miro. I use miro for my campaign notes, and its the most helpful for me because it allows for non-linear note taking. Miro is essentially a white board with post it notes, you can have arrows, draw, etc, and I love being able to follow down a web of info that branches into other webs, which is really helpful for say, faction info. - Source: Reddit / 13 days ago
  • Looking for a more visual deckbuilding tool
I have been trying this with Miro by opening Scryfall in a separate window and dragging the card images onto the Miro board. That works okay and is generally what I'm looking for. But afterwards I'd need to type all the cardnames into Moxfield again to have my final decklist available there. So I would love to have a more proper option where I can just type in a card name, see the card image and move it around the... - Source: Reddit / 21 days ago
