    You have to comment out the cdrom entries in /etc/apt/sources.list and make sure your other entries are correct and then run apt update. I always end up using this for generating sources lists. Source: about 2 years ago

    The list looks alright. If you are unsure about if it's only the repos that you need, you can grab from google a fresh offical debian sources.list. Also there is a website, you can generate for debian custom sources.list with and mark which repos you want in the list, you can also mark repos like spotify, signal and more.
