Abto Fruit Counting Software uses IP cameras mounted above a processing conveyor to count more than 20 agricultural products passing it and determine the average product flow speed. Information can be shown on the displays in the packing facility, delivered to the specific staff member/packhouse department, or exported to the packhouse management software.

Our Automatic Fruit Counting Solutions allows you to assess the flow of fresh produce on the transporter in your packing plant by calculating four essential metrics:

  1. Current fruit flow: The number of fruits processed during the last minute.
  2. Average fruit flow: The average number of fruits processed per minute.
  3. Total number of fruits: The sum of fruits processed during the time of observation.
  4. Capacity utilization: The proportion of the potential number of fruits that are actually processed.
