Rails will always be a core pillar, but Ruby is a general purpose language with plenty of other applications. I would encourage you to look at some of the projects in https://awesome-ruby.com/ before declaring it "dead for everything but Rails.". Source: about 1 year ago

Also can keyword searches a bit with the official gem repository at https://Rubygems.org. Source: almost 3 years ago

  • Help troubleshoot why NZBGet isn't downloading?
I've set NZBGet up to use newshosting.com as the level 0 news host and I have an active paid account with them. Source: 12 months ago
  • Faster Highspeed Internet not faster Newsgroup downloads
Just upgraded to a 1.5 gb fiber connection and after much discussion with Telus I was actually able to get the advertised speeds (1440 Mbps) on my PC. However I found that my downloads from newshosting.com peaked at 120 MB/s then dropped to 40 MB/s. Anythoughts on what this might be? Throttling or is their speed limits on the newshosting side. • Help for a noob please?
I'm hoping there's a way to get the client to complete that process. Unfortunately, the help page on newshosting.com appears to be broken. Source: about 1 year ago
