I like to use PromptLayer for this. But you could easily set up a simple CRUD web app to track prompts/average completion token # length, different variations. Evernote was ok for a little bit, but the only thing it really did for me was search... Once I realized that I switched tactics. I organized my life into domains, and got okay at using grep to replace it. My saving grace that I would pay twice for is https://typora.io.
