I like to use PromptLayer for this. But you could easily set up a simple CRUD web app to track prompts/average completion token # length, different variations. Slightly different for us. We had decided to go into education as the first niche for our audio/video search software (https://omnisearch.ai). So we found https://www.thinkific.com/, also a local Vancouver company, and launched our app on their platform (similar to what you would do with a Shopify app).
