I believe that we're using NAMED USER license. When I sign in to autodesk.com I need to attach a product (Civil 3D in my case) to a specific user. I can remove that product from any user at any time and give it to another user. I do not believe that any of my staff is using their own devices. Sign up for fusion 360 on autodesk.com It's free. Watch some youtube videos to get you started, and start playing around. It doesn't sound like you need animations or other effects here, just still images. If that's so, you could: Export the slides to high resolution images (at least high enough to match the highest resolution your projectors are capable of). Scantailor (https://scantailor.org) is the tool for self-scanned books that exist in images (png, jpg, etc). However, I usually use Irfanview with PDF plugin (https://irfanview.com - download both Irfanview and the Plugins from this home page) I have elsewhere in r/PDF shown how you can do batch splitting of two-page scans, clean up muddy pages (yellowed or browned) .
