Ok well for Android I recommend is artflow on Android http://artflowstudio.com. I’ve used it before I got my iPad and liked it for its may Brush selections but is a one time payment. Idk if you want a free app Or if your willing to spend a little bit of Money for it. Source: almost 2 years ago
