I've been following the state of things, but I'm not sure which ones are the best. A fine-tuned Hungarian GPT-4 model would probably handle Hungarian questions much better than the base model. The same is true for programming languages. Let's say you want to build a coding assistant for Python programmers. Meta did exactly this with Code Llama.
