Your local bank likely offers them and they can eb tied to authorize.net, or NMI perhaps. They should be able to help you through that entire process depending on how the accounts get onboarded. I live in England as a guardian, and the agency collects the License Fee (aka rent) + Service charge through this "payment institution" called GoCardless. Https://gocardless.com/ I don't know which other services they provide, but basically what they require for me is to set up a pseudo Direct-Debit with them in which you give out your card details.
