Your local bank likely offers them and they can eb tied to authorize.net, or NMI perhaps. They should be able to help you through that entire process depending on how the accounts get onboarded. I saw club running ORO POS in 15 terminals, it starts from $19.99 - in the site shop.orocube.com and feel free to try their demo before you go. There are free options like floreant.org .
