    We used to use the webapp sched.com for organizing presenters and rooms, and allowing students to register for their preferred sessions on a grade-tiered first come, first serve basis, but we were only using a small portion of the capabilities of the tool and still needed to micromanage signups so one grade didn't get all the best workshops.
